Title: Performing Arts Office Manager
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm (M-F), includes occasional evenings and
weekends
Job Summary: Responsible for office functions of the Performing Arts Admission office. The position reports to the Director of Performing Arts Admission and assists in the enrollment of the most qualified music/theatre/dance/art applicants. Pivotal functions include the coordination of prospective student visits; and timely, consistent preparation of data, files, and requirements for auditions; and generating reports.
