Baldwin Subaru is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our growing team in a completely remodeled facility.

Our facility is in the final stages of a remodel. This means a better customer experience, more traffic, and a dramatic increase in inventory allocation, which all lead to higher earning potential for our team!

Pay

We offer a base pay (not a draw) plus competitive commission on every unit sold, the option to pitch additional products for commission, and generous bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Prior automotive sales or related experience is required along with the ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and smart phones. Most importantly, we require a positive attitude and the ability and willingness to show initiative.

Employment is contingent on a satisfactory background check and motor vehicle report. You must have a valid driver's license.

Expectations

We expect you to present yourself professionally, exceed customer expectations, and meet OEM and dealership performance requirements such as CSI scores and units sold.
