Overview :

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to company values of quality, service, teamwork, respect, innovation, and safety.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation in a defined area within the warehouse to fulfill operational and customer demand.
• Ensures inventories in area of responsibility are accurate.
• Ensures product stock movements / slotting are recorded accurately.
• Train new Warehouse Associates within area of responsibility.
• Where possible, resolve any issues / problems which occur within your area of responsibility. When appropriate, elevate issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure that health & safety meets the required standards set forth by the Company and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure that all lifting, maneuvering of products and / or equipment is carried out in accordance with safety standards.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Work Environment :

• Overnight Shift 8pm to 6am
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and stand and maintain active for long periods of time without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated / freezer warehouse environment.

Education and Experience :

• 2 years of proven work experience working in a warehouse or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.

• RF Scanner / Tablet
