Balcones Recycling East is a leader in the municipal recycling industry. Balcones Recycling was established in 2003 and soon became the cornerstone of the New York City curbside recycling program. In addition to NYC, Balcones Recycling now serves several NJ municipalities and counties, and in recent years has expanded operations to Florida. We are an operations-intensive business, processing large tonnages at multiple facilities, producing sorted commodities for the recycled materials market.

Job Summary
The Operations Administrator assists the Facility Manager and operations as needed to support production, procurement, inventory and maintenance. Will frequently interface with other administrators to generate necessary paperwork and reports to satisfy Operating agreements.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
