SALARY: BI-WEEKLY $2,885, plus BONUS.

Ensure seamless event execution by following established procedures and ensuring accuracy in detailing and preparation.
Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering services.
Ability to function independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment.
Develop creative solutions for client event requests from concept to completion, integrating current trends in event management.
Timely creation of Banquet Event Orders and prompt completion of the final Banquet Check review.
Ability to prepare creative and innovative menus while working with the Chef.
Customize proposals to meet client’s vision.
Liaising with member/client, sales staff, chefs, and specialized catering equipment providers.
Greets guests during the event and introduce to the Banquet Manager and/or Captain for the execution of the event.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
About You
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)
Highly organized, creative and meticulous to detail.
Work well under pressure.
At least 4 years of experience in event management or related professional area.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain a calm, composed presence in an often fast-paced environment where multiple tasks, events and stimulus may occur simultaneously.
Work 40 hours weekly and occasionally requires flexibility to start shift earlier and end shift later with little to no notice.
Experience in working in a computer environment utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and sales/event management
programs at the club.
Must genuinely care about team members and being a great teammate to all staff
Compensation Package
Bi-weekly: $2,885 plus BONUS
