Balanced Wellbeing is Hiring a Remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is currently seeking a compassionate licensed PMHNP is to fill a position in our Lake City location.
General Responsibilities
- Assess your patient/client’s overall psychological and emotional well-being, prescribe medication; counsel patients, using a variety of methods to evaluate a patient, such as interviewing the patient, their family, or other persons. Monitor the effects of any medication and adjust treatment where necessary.
- Develop a treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and the extent of the emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disorder.
- On-call for Emergency and Urgent situations -by phone every 5-6 months (as current staffing allows).
- Includes seeing scheduled Clients through both in-person and Telehealth visits.
- Keep up to date with professional job knowledge by reading publications, attending educational conferences, or maintaining professional networks.
- Attend administrative meetings when required.

Licensure: You’re a fully licensed, ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Florida. Please note, at this time we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.- DEA: You have a DEA number, or you’re open to acquiring one. If you need to obtain a DEA license, Balanced Wellbeing offers reimbursement.
