This philosophy, along with an excellent team of very skilled and accomplished therapists has helped Balanced Physical Therapy Wellness grows from a small, two therapist clinic into a thriving multi-specialty practice with 6 clinics and 90 employees in just 8 years.

Job Duties:

  • Meet and greet patients as they enter the clinic.
  • Perform vitals for cardiac patients and COVID precautions.
  • Set patients up on warm up machines as instructed by therapist.
  • Communicate frequently with each therapist in order to determine their expectations each day.
  • Become familiar with Flowsheets and exercises prescribed by each therapist.
  • Clean equipment, tables, mat and all surfaces throughout the day/tables and mats after every patient
  • Keep the gym organized, neat and clean.
  • Prepare evaluation rooms prior to evals and clean/organize rooms after evaluation.
  • Keep up on laundry and ensure all areas with towels, sheets, etc. are stocked.
  • Organize and clean the kitchen area as needed.
  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked with all necessary paper products etc....
  • Maintain inventory and report to Supervisor for ordering.
  • Refill ultrasound gel, spray bottles, and ice cups.
  • Clean used electrode pads and keep used pads organized.
  • Perform set up and take down modalities.
  • Assist administrative staff with answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
