Balanced Environments, Inc. is Hiring a Tree Foreman/Arborist Near Mill Creek, IL
Balanced Environments, Inc. a leading area landscape and snow removal contractor seeks motivated individuals for our Tree Foreman/Arborist position in Old Mill Creek, IL area.
· Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
· Ground work
· Use of equipment needed to cut, trim, and haul trees including rope and saddle.
· Adhere by company safety standards.
Qualifications
· Climbing experience, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, bucket truck experience.
· Experience in crew management, training, equipment maintenance, customer service, and safe working procedures are all highly valuable.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Ability to work well with others.
· Be coachable and willing to learn (safety, new techniques, or production orientated).
· 2-3 years of climbing experience without use of spikes for pruning is preferred.
· Clean driving record.
· Bilingual a plus, but not required.
The following would be helpful but not required – we will provide training:
· ISA Certification.
· Class B CDL (Air Brakes) for Class A
· Strong tree ID, Cabling, and crew management.
· Great customer service skills.
· Safe working practices.
