The Registered Behavior Technician works 1:1 with clients to implement the individualized behavior program, collects data, provides clinical instruction and support based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism, and related disabilities, in the home and community. Skill acquisition and development are provided through periodic required trainings.
All RBT requirements and BACB guidelines must be followed.
Initial RBT Certification provided if necessary.
Assignments are based on family need and proximity to the RBT availability.
Based on skills, experience, and career development goals - other job duties such as assistance with training, support and clinical programs may be available.
