Job Description

Seeking an administrative dispatch coordinator to join our team-oriented environment of food professionals in Salinas, CA.

This individual’s primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer service. They will assist the laboratory with administrative duties such as customer service, dispatching service providers, data entry, sample scheduling / receiving / processing, fielding phone calls at the lab, and occasional product pickups (clean DMV report required).

General Responsibilities :

Addressing phone call guidelines as to how to answer the telephone and distribute calls in a consistent processional manner

Provide support to clients by ensuring seamless transition of samples from the client to the lab

Schedule / Coordinate & Dispatch service providers

Receive, process and review samples from various locations

Schedules / Updates to monthly Micro Schedule

Collection / shipping / tracking of customer supplies

Assist other departments as needed

Fulfill duties assigned by management

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications : Professional customer service

Data entry accuracy and multitasking

Excellent telephone & written / verbal communication skills

Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Self-motivated, Quick to learn

Touch typist 35 WPM

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Clean DMV report

Flexible Schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, OT), with ability to travel on occasion

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 to $23.00

Location : Salinas, CA

Salinas, CA

Schedule : Shift Needed : 11 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
