Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Customer Service Manager.

What you will do : Support team member growth, especially with hitting quotasHandle voids, account problems, and escalated callsAuthorize special case orders for your team membersSet and achieve team goalsEnsure tools and trackers are updated weeklyCreate and maintain a healthy and productive work environmentSet up daily drills for team members to participate in as neededLead weekly meeting with team membersGeneral managerial tasks like managing team schedule, updating documents, and personnel management

What we prefer you to bring : Collaboration, communication, and listening skillsThe ability to confront others and handle sensitive situationsOrganization and time management skillsProfessional and detail-oriented approachEmotional intelligenceProficient computer skills especially in Google Workspace1 years of experience in a customer service management role

What you must bring : Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay :

$18.00 per hour Commission & BonusesSchedule :

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.Job Type :
