Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a part-time, hybrid Chat/Ticket Agent.
You will help customers with their inquiries by understanding the company and products, finding the best path to help customers through your communication and listening skills.
IMPORTANT: We have mandatory full-time and in-person paid training that takes 2-4 weeks. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you will do:

• Focus on customer reactivation and retail conversion
• Respond to emails and tickets within 2 business days or sooner
• Handle customer accounts confidentially and confidently
• Collaborate with your team on projects and tasks
• Complete assigned tasks on time
• Take part in daily team drills

Pay: $15.00 per hour Commission & Bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
