Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join Balance Gymnastics and Tumbling. As a Tutor, you will provide educational support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels. Our students are Competitive Gymnasts who will be receiving an online homeschool education through various programs. They will be coming to our facility from 8am-11am to complete their daily school work. They will have lunch from 11am-12pm, and then train gymnastics from 12pm-5pm. You will work closely with students to help them achieve their academic goals and monitor their progress within each program. You will also assist with any technical tasks within each program (ie: signing in, logging evaluations etc). You will be responsible for a ratio of no more than 8 students to 1 Tutor.

Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments
- Monitor student progress
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students remain on task and complete required work.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment

Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using learning technology and educational resources
- Passion for education and the ability to inspire students
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
