JOB DESCRIPTION: F45 Tier 1 Assistant Trainer

Title: Tier 2 Assistant Trainer

Reports To: Head Trainer

Status: Part-time hourly, Wage-based.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Tier 2 Assistant Trainer for an F45 Studio is the right-hand of the Head Trainer; coordinating with the Head Trainer to improve retention of current members and increase membership sales. This role is a scheduled role that is required to be present in the studio for a structured number of hours per wee, and will coach and perform role responsibilities during this shift time. This role is growth-focused.

WAGE SUMMARY

Hourly, non-exempt: $26 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as a balance to the Head Trainer in the studio, assisting with any in-studio tasks in the absence of the Head Trainer

• Works specific shifts during the week, coaching classes and operating as the lead in the studio

• Check and answer any messages from the studio email, Loyalsnap, Instagram, and Google Voice during set hours of the day

• Assists Head Trainer with sales of new memberships: reaching out to new leads and coordinating trials; following up with trial members; closing leads

• Assists with member retention outreach

• Be the main point of contact in the absence of the Head Trainer

• Assists with module training and compliance as dictated by F45 Headquarters, audit F45 compliance for coaches

• Any additional delegation from Head Trainer, including but not limited to setting up new phase class schedules in Mindbody, assisting changing subs in Mindbody, posting materials in classes, etc.
