Our patient-centered practice encompasses all foot and ankle conditions from traumatic injuries, congenial conditions, skin and nail disorders, diabetic foot care and diabetic shoes, custom orthotics, in-office procedures, and wound care.

We are currently seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to become part of our team at Balance. The Patient Service Specialists function as members of the patient care team at the front desk utilizing their knowledge and experience in order to provide professional care with an emphasis on hospitality to patients and clients.
Patient Service Specialists maintain an efficient flow within the office while helping create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients both over the phone and face-to-face.
These individuals' assist with duties including but not limited to answering calls for multiple locations, scheduling patient appointments, updating insurance information and patient demographics upon check in, communicating between patients and physicians via phone and EMR system, collecting copayments and patient balances.
