We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Chiropractic Receptionist to join our positive and health-oriented office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Answering the Skills Test portion of this application is very important

Having prior experience with Chiro Touch would be a significant plus for this hiring process

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.

Verify patient information and insurance coverage.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.

Provide administrative support to the chiropractic team.

Handle billing and payment processing.

Educate patients on office procedures and policies.

Maintain a positive and health-focused atmosphere in the office.

Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Proficiency in using office software, including scheduling systems.

Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.

A commitment to maintaining a positive and health-oriented office atmosphere.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week
