ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
Responsible in supporting the Nurse Director and Department Manager of the Pediatric Department to manage and coordinate clinical operations to provide patient care to the pediatric population. Ensures all aspects of documentation, care planning and patient care delivery meets regulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering and facilitating a positive interactive team and optimal environment for all activities ensuring orientation, competency and quality patient care.
