Position Summary:

Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, The Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Education Project Specialist for Educational Services' will oversee the management of the Learning Management System which includes building and assignment of learning plans. This position will have accountability for tracking and record keeping for educational processes within the department. This position will also assist in educational activities, which may include but not limited to orientation, skills labs, and ECC programs. This position will work collaboratively with all members of the Educational Services' team under the direction of the Educational Services Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years of healthcare experience
• Experience in Educational Services. General healthcare management, quality management and performance improvement experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent technical training

Special Skills:

• Good working knowledge of computers and software programs including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Management, team building, and performance improvement experience required.

Preferred:

• 3 years experience
• Bachelor's Degree
