Responsibilities

The position of Birth Certificate Clerk under the direction of a supervisor is responsible for the processing of Birth Certificates and required documents related to birth.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Mathematical Skills: Addition subtraction multiplication division fractions ratios decimals percentages and graphs.

Preferred Skills:

Prefer at least one year experience with secretarial and/or medical records experience.
Prefer experience with Birth Certificate processing.

Reasoning Skills: Complex choice of action - requires logic and understanding to analyze problems and determine course of action.
Oral/Written Communication Skills: Skillful in communication and interpersonal relationships. Reads writes interprets and explains technical information.

Pay Range
$21.98 - $27.68 /hour
