• Manage existing accounts.
  • Ensure setup/storage fees are in place.
  • Trouble-shoot issues and determine appropriate resolution, involving business partners as needed.
  • Escalate relevant information to business partners in response to established audits.
  • Monitor publisher SLA compliance.
• Create/oversee operational metrics such as SLA performance, publisher audits, title setup activity, and order history metrics (rejected orders, product class, unit volume).
• Manage new account setup.
  • Publishers referred by Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Sample production/file testing.
  • Tracking publisher backlist file compliance to POD guidelines.
  • Oversee execution - BTPS and Baker & Taylor (B&T) customer setup.
• Represent BTPS POD as needed in interactions with B&T, Sales, and Publishers.

• Manage POD customer service email account.

• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work effectively in Microsoft NAV and Windows Warehouse in a Box (WWIAB)
