Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Program machines using CNC controls
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating press brake machines is required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with CNC controls and programming
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Skilled in using hand tools for setup and adjustment of machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
