Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. Your expertise in automotive repair and service writing will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have their vehicles restored to pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine the necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using dealership software
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to negotiate repair costs and approvals
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on repair progress
- Address any customer concerns or questions regarding the repair process
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive service and vehicle maintenance
- Proficient in service writing, including accurately documenting repairs needed and recommended services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Sales experience is preferred, as cross-selling additional services may be required
- Familiarity with dealership procedures and software systems is a plus
