We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. Exerience in family law would be ideal but is not required. All dandidates must have experience as a legal assistant/paralegal and have knowledge of legal procedures. **Duties:** - Assist attorney in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, orders and other legal documents - organize and maintain legal files and documents - Prepare and process legal documents and forms - Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars - **Experience:** - Previous experience as a legal assistant or as a paralegal - Proficiency in document management software - Strong clerical skills including data entry and file management - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
