The Plant Operations Manage for the Billerica plant will perform the daily operations and execution of plant priorities and tasks and to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

As a Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Role will be responsible to manage and lead the overall Billerica production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of employees.
• Lead site metrics for all key operations deliverables and manage manufacturing output plan.
• Lead development and management of plant employees to ensure day to day supervision, career development and priority setting is in place.
• Drive VCP and P and E deliverables within overall manufacturing plant plan.
• Conduct frequent interactions on strategic level to drive strategy for Billerica plant execution.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Plant Management.
