Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and light maintenance of our equipment and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment warranties.

· Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, responds to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans.

· Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

· Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

· Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.

· Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed.

· Keep mechanical bays clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.

· Must have a clean driving record.

· Must adhere to the Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace standards.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions.

· Professional presentation and attitude.

· Ability to initiate and complete work orders.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

· Standing: Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

· Physical Exertion: Ability to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.

· Drive vehicles.
