Summary: The Operations Manager position will report directly to the Associate General Manager. This salary position manages all aspects of warehousing and distribution of ingredients, products, and supplies across six states. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and developing highly engaged teams working in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, an ability to lead, and hold teams accountable is a must. Comfortable working independently, with some levels of ambiguity, building on standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs working in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or services fulfillment position.
• 3 yrs supervising employees.
• Assoc. Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,000.00 per year
