Baja Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking bilingual Spanish speakers with customer service experience, preferably in an insurance office environment.

Baja Insurance Services, Inc. is a full-service insurance brokerage offering a wide range of insurance products and services. We are seeking candidates preferably with 1 or more years of customer service experience to provide support to our agents and help increase the efficiency and profitability of the branch. Those individuals who show the initiative and drive to excel will be given the opportunity to move up quickly as the company grows.

Requirements

• 1 years customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive self-starter with the ability to positively influence others
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Willing to be coached
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Work either Sat or Sun every other week

Duties

• Answer phones, organize and file various insurance documents
• Make daily sales/marketing calls 50
• Address client needs and help resolve problems
• Prep insurance applications for the agents
• Schedule appointments
• Market company products and services
• Make outbound calls to previous/current clients to generate new leads
• Maintain a strong work ethic

*Compensation DOE (combination of salary/bonuses/performance incentives)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
