Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process all inbound returns:
- Inspect the contents that were received and re-box/re-label items if needed to return to inventory.
- Check items into repairs if necessary to RTI.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with products and repair as needed to RTI, R2C, and upgrade that meet our quality requirements (Primary focus will be on RTI’s).
- Check incoming repairs into the warranty database.
- Check out repairs and create orders for the parts that were used in the repair process.
- Communicate all other information to the returns department.
- Maintain outstanding warranty and return log.
- Complete RTI product processes within a 24-hour period.
- Complete distributor pallet returns within 1 week of receiving date.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, mechanical components, and software applications.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and specialized software programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
