- Provide product information and support to customers via phone and email on Baja Designs lighting & accessories as well as sPOD products
- Answer product questions.
- Assist the customers with sales inquiries
- Facilitate sales over the phone/email/walk in customers.
- Facilitate sales at events
- Stay up to date on product knowledge.
- Communicate with the engineering department to stay up to date on the latest products.
- Maintain product information material and organize for quick reference when needed.
- Initiate warranty claims
- Identify issues with various kits and communicate customer needs to Product Development team.
- Keep up to date on new off-road vehicles and maintain knowledge on differences/updates in vehicle models.
- Record customer feedback and relay information back to designated departments.
- Understand all current and legacy products and attend all new product training.
- Promote and maintain a positive attitude to our customers while exceeding their expectations for services provided.
- 2-5 years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
- Technical background with experience is a preferred:
- Basic 12V understanding is a plus
- Installation of aftermarket accessories
- Knowledge of the off-road industry preferred.
- Willingness to learn about Baja Designs and sPOD products and accessories.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- MS Office Suite Intermediate Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Detail oriented.

- Monday- Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Pay Range: $16-18/ hr plus commission
