- Manage departmental personnel including assemblers, runners, leads, wiring, and parts bags personnel.
- Implement cross-training initiatives based on lean principles to enhance flexibility and efficiency.
- Utilize NetSuite and other systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks in production processes.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and liaise with HR for necessary job requisitions.
- Coordinate with Purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and take initiative.
