We are in search for a Mechanically Inclined Technical Support (12-Volt Lighting Systems) Associate to provide great customer service on Baja Designs product and assist in Baja Designs product installations.

What the Mechanically Inclined Technical Support (12-Volt Lighting Systems) Associate will do:
- Provide mechanical technical assistance to customers on products purchased from Baja Designs and authorized dealers.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and web chats.
- Guide customers through product installations such as wiring.
- Provide great customer service regarding Baja Designs products.
- Assist engineering department with first article installations.
- Gather and maintain the technical data, detailed for instructional sheets.
- Maintain product information material and organize for quick reference when needed.
- Initiate warranty claims.
- Identify issues with various kits and communicate customer needs to Product Development team.
- Keep up to date on new off-road vehicles and maintain knowledge on differences/updates in vehicle models.
- Record customer feedback and relay information back to designated departments.
- Assist the sales team as needed.
- Understand all current and legacy products and attend all new product training.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Prefer 2-5 years customer service/sales experience.
- Technical support or warranty experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong telephone skills.
- Product and vehicle knowledge preferable; ability to learn about products and services is required.
- Teamwork skills and experience.
- Promote atmosphere of positive attitude to our customers while exceeding their expectations for services provided.
- Must be detail oriented.
Shift time: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
