Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and managing a broad range of creative development projects across ecommerce, retail marketing, events, tours, and collaborative brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for marketing and a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception through execution and doing it with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver on creative excellence.
- Manage all aspects of project logistics, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including print, video, and digital content.
- Organize and manage photoshoots, ensuring they meet brand standards and project goals.
- Execute creative for ecommerce channels, including email marketing, paid media, and platforms such as Amazon.
- Plan and monitor retail marketing projects and in-store POS and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute memorable events and tours that promote the brand and enhance customer experience.
- Manage projects with external brand partners, negotiating and managing collaborations that align with our brand’s values and market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Strong understanding of print and video production processes.
- Experience with conducting and managing photoshoots.
- Proficient in managing ecommerce marketing channels, including email, paid media, and Amazon.
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholder demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a marketing or creative agency environment.
