VP of Client Engagement at BairesDev

We are looking for a VP of Client Engagement to lead our Client team. You will be responsible for a team of individual contributor sales representatives. We expect you to act as a servant-leader that assists sales reps on their own and other teams in the efficient pursuit and acquisition of new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You Will Do:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• HRBP knowledge of compensations, performance management, and talent development.

• Previous work experience with strategic HR.
• Excellent Communication skills, with Advanced English level.
