The Human Resources Reporting Analyst is responsible for extracting and reporting on HR data that is used to communicate information within the department and the firm with an overall eye on overall reporting efficiencies and effectiveness. The HR Reporting Analyst will work in conjunction with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and translating them to specifications, reports, dashboards and result analysis in alignment with HR’s Key Results and Baird’s mission.
Location: Chicago or Milwaukee or Louisville OR willingness to travel and be physically present in Milwaukee as appropriate. Upon hire travel to Milwaukee for onboarding and training is required.
Milwaukee area associates work 3 days/week onsite at our headquarters Tues, Wed, Thurs.
