Every single Baird & Warner office has its own nonselling managing broker and support staff, focused soley on helping the agents in that office grow their business. Your manager is there to give you the 1:1 guidance you need to get your business off the ground.
Real Estate Agent Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED. Identification: SSN or Individual Taxpayer Identification and driver's license. Active Real Estate License or willing to obtain a real estate license.
Responsibilities: Prospect for new business on a daily basis. Baird & Warner Real Estate Agents must attend sales meetings and regular training. Real Estate agents must be willing to work flexible hours. Real Estate Agents must be involved in their local community.
Maintain relationships.
