RN Manager/Supervisor will work under the direction of the DNS; has experience in Nursing Service Management, and Supervision; and has a thorough knowledge of nursing theory in the professional practices of nursing principles, methods and techniques involved in performing skilled nursing services. The individual will be responsible for an assigned long term care unit; and plans, organizes work, and responsible for the coordination of all resident services on assigned unit. Works collaboratively with the clinical team, and as a member of the facility departmental committees.
