We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our amazing team!

Our talented, in-demand board-certified plastic surgeon is well known for personalized first-class care and outstanding results. He is committed to excellence and looking for a professional nurse injector to represent him.

You MUST have experience within the medical spa industry. There will be no exceptions.

Here is a short list of what will be expected from you in this position:

• Conducting patient consultations · Reviewing each patient’s medical history and devising personalized treatment plans to assist them in reaching their goals
• Performing cosmetic injection procedures including Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.
• Administering treatments utilizing lasers, Morpheus8 and EmSculpt.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Participating in training programs for Nurses, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and Physicians if necessary.
• Prioritizing patient safety at all times.
• Adhering to established treatment protocols consistently.
• Documenting all treatments according to protocol and maintaining thorough patient notes.
• Upholding a clean and organized work environment.
• Demonstrating precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Managing daily schedules and workflow efficiently.
• Capturing before-and-after photographs for documentation purposes.
• Displaying eagerness to learn new techniques and procedures.
• Exemplifying a cheerful, positive, and proactive attituded.
• Utilize social media platforms to showcase results, promote educational content, and reach a broader audience through strategic campaigns.

Be Extraordinarily Organized:

You must have the ability to constantly establish and maintain organizational systems, patient files and records, as well as process and organize email inboxes, and handle incoming phone calls, emails, text from prospective patients wanting to schedule consultations as well as current patients needing assistance.

Have Excellent & Professional Communication Skills:

You must be able to respond professionally in person, in writing and on the phone to cash-paying cosmetic patients expecting excellent service. You have the ability to write, proof, and edit letters, emails and proposals that enhance our professional image.

Be Highly Attentive, Pro-Active & Resourceful:

You must be alert and anticipate the surgeon’s needs (in advance) in all areas of the practice. For example, ensuring the patient shows up for their consultation and is well educated on the surgeon’s reputation, surgeon is well versed about the patient’s wants, photos are taken, etc.

Quick Learner and Tech Savvy:

You must be familiar with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and have used an EMR computer system in the past.

Qualifications Include:

· Current Texas RN, NP, or PA license

· 2 years of cosmetic injections experience required

· Advanced knowledge of leading industry injectable brands/products

· Proficiency with EMR charting, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software skills

· Detailed oriented with exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to pay close attention to details at all times

· Good understanding of social media

90 Day Probationary Period

Compensation: $55 per hour Commission Bonuses

8-16 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
