What You'll be Doing:

• Quickly and accurately receive, process, and store incoming product shipments.
• Verify incoming deliveries against packing lists for accuracy and completeness and inspect for damage.
• Prepare receiving reports and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Verify product details, assign proper storage locations, and maintain organized inventory.
• Select products from inventory to fill customer orders, pack, and prepare for delivery.
• Load delivery vehicles and assist customers with pickups.
• Process customer returns in compliance with company policy.
• Ensure proper warranty paperwork and initiate warranty return processes.
• Perform cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse, and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate equipment safely and monitor for safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain required certifications for hazardous materials, forklift operation, and more.

Who We're Looking For:

• Driving: you'll drive delivery trucks or vans, so a clean driver's license is essential.
• Organized and Accurate: Have a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and a knack for keeping things in order.
• Communication: Professional and helpful communication with customers and colleagues.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology and documentation.
• Safety-Obsessed: Committed to safety and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.

• Must be able to pass our client's background check, and a DOT physical examination.
