Overview:
We are seeking a Lot, Building, and Auto Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as equipment repair & maintenance
- Install GPS units and assist with records maintenance
- Drive vehicles to sublet shops, and inspection sites
- Interact with vendors during maintenance projects
-Maintain lot appearance and appearance of cars on lot

-Perform light mechanical tasks, change oil & filter, etc.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in light facilities maintenance and repair

-Must have clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
