Bailey Equipment and Intralogistics is Hiring a Parts Clerk Near Piney Flats, TN

Description

Bailey is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Piney Flats team!

Bailey sold its first forklift in 1949. Since then, Bailey has been a family-owned and operated business dedicated to selling, leasing, renting, servicing, and providing parts for forklift trucks throughout the Southeast.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as parts representative to walk-in customers.
  • Source parts for lift trucks.
  • Take phone orders from customers.
  • Provide parts quotes to customers.
  • Order parts for stock.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches.
  • Assist Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing to them when they are in the field.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Support all sectors of the Bailey Company.
  • Uniform is required and provided by company.

Qualifications:

  • High School Education.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Willingness and ability to work with new computer programs.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to interact with customers (internal & external) in person and over the telephone.
  • Willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners.
  • Must be reliable.
