Bailey Construction and Landscaping LLC is looking for a bilingual Landscape Foreman. An individual that is responsible and reliable for installation and management of landscape/hardscape projects. A foreman that is responsible for completing installations with great precision and business minded efficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Direct activities on the jobsite, they include but not limited to: Coordinating workflow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery.
- Manage personnel.
- Communicating goals with crew members.
- Monitor all tools and equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Be able to drive and pull machinery to job along with crew members.
Responsibilities:
- Leads landscape crew by example.
- Ensures safety of all crew members to include wearing PPE(personal protective equipment).
- Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction.
- Strives to improve job stills and developed the potential for upward mobility.
- Training of crew members.
- Keep company trucks clean inside and out and stocked with materials/tools etc..
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Georgia driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
