Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home ALF Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times
- Support clients in adhering to their prescribed medication schedule
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Administer medications
- Provide activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care, caregiving, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
- Ability to provide direct support with empathy and respect
- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in lifting techniques for assisting clients with mobility challenges
