Baer is looking for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Consultant for a 10 month project located in Dallas, TX.
Title: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Consultant
Location: Remote with Travel to Dallas, TX
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize hands-on experience with various Hyperion components including Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Smart View, and Shared Services to design, develop, and implement effective solutions for our clients.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HFM modules including application creation, managing metadata, process management, ICP elimination processes, journals, security, data grids/forms, ownership management, and consolidation.
• Manage the monthly closing cycle within HFM, including performing pre and post-close tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Proficient in using VB scripts for HFM rule changes, ensuring smooth and efficient rule modifications to meet client requirements.
• Working knowledge of Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) to facilitate data integration and validation processes, enhancing overall data accuracy and integrity.
• Familiarity with DRM for managing and maintaining hierarchies and relationships between financial data elements, providing added value to client engagements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance on HFM best practices, and deliver tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on financial accounting and HFM implementation.
• Proficiency in Hyperion components including Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Smart View, and Shared Services.
• Strong functional knowledge of HFM modules including application creation, metadata management, process management, consolidation, etc.
• Experience in managing the monthly closing cycle within HFM, including pre and post-close tasks.
• Proficiency in VB scripting for HFM rule changes.
• Working knowledge of Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE) and Data Relationship Management (DRM) is an advantage.
