Baer is looking for SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant for a 12 month Remote project.
Title: SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for SAP implementation.
• Configure SAP systems according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP functionalities and promote user adoption.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful SAP implementation projects.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on onboarding and implementing SAP solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, etc.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and facilitating discussions with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
