The Baer Group is looking for SAP EWM Lead for a 9 month project located in San Francisco, CA.
Title: SAP EWM Lead
Location: Remote with Travel to San Francisco, CA
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and overall IT strategy.
• Design, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• SAP EWM certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
