Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting Consultant
Location: Remote and Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting business process consultant you will perform the following tasks:

• Ensure the requirements matrix is maintained and conduct gap analysis.
• Document and configure module
• Set up test data
• Perform testing and address discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes.
• Review test packages with test lead
• Work with business function owners to develop system test condition and scripts and understand the system
• Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the module tested and recommend solutions
• Design modifications/required enhancements and identify their impacts on the rest of the system
• Provide guidance and review for application developers
