Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Common Access Platform (JCAP). The successful candidate will serve at the Fort Meade Maryland site. This position is contingent upon award.
Designs, schedules, delivers and tracks technical training. Establishes training and education modules and ensures consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding. Provides train-the-trainer program and qualifies all area trainers for content delivery. Partners with the functional area, develops training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP) and coordinates knowledge assessment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 8 Years with HS; 4 Years with AA; 5 Year with BS 2 with MS
• Candidates with Armed Forces, college courses or associate degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• High degree of organization and communications skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
