The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program will completely replace the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM, an undertaking not performed in over 50 years. This program is considered a “mega-project” and one of the most complex in the history of the Department of Defense. The new ICBM weapon system acquisition effort brings with it the newest digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements, while having the adaptability and flexibility to affordably address changing technology and threat environments through 2075. As part of the U.S. Air Force's Integration Support Contract (ISC), BAE Systems provides advisory and assistance services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of the Sentinel ICBM Prime Contractor.The LocationWhy Utah? The Salt Lake International Airport offers easy, direct access to just about anywhere in the world.The RoleBAE is looking for an experienced Program Manager accountable to the Advanced Planning Branch Lead for all tasks assigned. You will be part of a tight-knit team charged with supporting the acquisition and development of Sentinel Futures Division. This position will provide acquisition program management and integration oversight, risk management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, and assist the government in planning and development activities for this large acquisition program.Who You AreAn experienced program manager with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. You must possess high energy and be extremely comfortable working with rapidly changing priorities. A sample of traits that make up you:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• 10 years' experience in direct Program Management
• DOD acquisitions experience
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active Secret (or higher) security clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
