Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. • May cross-train other assembly positions.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
• Must be able to obtain appropriate workmanship certifications to applicable standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620D & IPC J-STD-001)
• Participates in and supports continuous improvement activities.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically, a High School Diploma or 5 years work experience or equivalent experience, specifically in mechanical, cable assembly and SMT soldering.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years relevant experience.
IPC/WHMA-A-620D & IPC J-STD-001 certifications are ideal.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41900 - $67000
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
