Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our client’s growing team in the Fond du Lac area. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in assembling top-quality lighting fixtures for a variety of industrial applications.

Duties:

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to schematics and blueprints
  • Test and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly and testing tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all time to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the team and provide feedback on product design and assembly processes
  • Document assembly and testing results and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Continuously improve product quality and assembly processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Be open to learning and cross-training in industrial liquid painting, welding, and general assembly tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hard work ethic, passion, energy, winning attitude, and desire to learn every day
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical background with high quality standards
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 54 per week
